Privacy Policy
The short version
SRS Tech does not sell your data and does not run advertising. On this website we collect what you type into the contact and waitlist forms, plus anonymous page analytics. Each app has its own policy covering what that app does. The three below are the ones that matter to you if you use one.
About this policy
This policy describes how SRS Tech ("we", "our", "us") handles information across our website (srstech.in), the applications we publish, and the internal tools we use to run the business.
Every SRS Tech app also has its own privacy policy covering what that app collects in detail. This is the company-level statement that sits above all of them; where an app policy is more specific, it governs that app.
The contact form
Send us an inquiry from srstech.in and we collect:
- Your name, email address, company and phone number: so we know who you are and how to reply.
- Whatever you type into the message field.
That submission travels through Google Apps Script into a private Google Sheet only SRS Tech can open. We use it to answer you. We don't use it for advertising and we don't pass it to anyone else.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the form to keep bots out. It checks the browser rather than the person, and it doesn't ask you to solve anything.
Waitlist signups
The Takewell and Postural pages have a waitlist form. If you join one we store your first name and email address in the same private Google Sheet, tagged with which app you signed up for.
We use it to send you a single email when that app launches. There's no newsletter, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Ask us at admin@srstech.in and we'll remove you the same day.
Website analytics
srstech.in uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It is privacy-preserving by design: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you between websites. We see aggregate counts, not individuals.
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. That request reaches Google's servers and carries your IP address, as any request to any server does. No account or identity is attached to it.
We run no advertising trackers, no marketing pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
App users
Each app collects data specific to what it does, and each has its own policy, linked at the top of this page. All of them share the same rules: no selling personal data, no advertising trackers, and no collection beyond what the product needs to work.
An app does its work on the device rather than on a server wherever that is possible. Postural's posture photos and Takewell's recordings never leave the phone.
Internal tools
We use internal software to run the business, including posting to our own social accounts. These tools reach third-party platform APIs (such as the LinkedIn API) using OAuth credentials that SRS Tech has authorised.
- We limit access tokens to authorised SRS Tech personnel and use them only to operate SRS Tech's own business account on that platform.
- No personal data belonging to anyone else is collected or processed through them.
- They are not public, and they do not touch accounts other than our own.
How we use what we collect
- Contact form: to answer your inquiry. We may follow up by email or phone based on what you wrote.
- Waitlist: to send one launch email for the app you asked about.
- Analytics: to see which pages are worth improving.
- App data: as described in that app's own policy.
Nothing is used for advertising or profiling, and nothing is used for a purpose not listed above.

This website relies on the following, each under its own privacy policy:

Services used inside an app are listed in that app's own policy.
Retention and deletion
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Email admin@srstech.in to have yours removed sooner.
Waitlist entries are kept until the app launches and the announcement goes out, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
LinkedIn OAuth tokens are kept until revoked. You can revoke SRS Tech's access from your own LinkedIn settings at any time.
App data is governed by each app's own policy.
Children's privacy
This website and our internal tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent at any time.
Email admin@srstech.in and we'll handle it. For data held inside an app, that app's policy explains the in-app route, which is the faster route.
Security
Everything submitted through srstech.in travels over TLS. OAuth tokens for internal tools are stored with access limited to authorised SRS Tech personnel. No transmission method is secure beyond doubt and we can't promise absolute safety. We hold as little data as the site can run on, which is the part that reduces the risk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Each update changes the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Continuing to use srstech.in or any SRS Tech product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
