This Privacy Policy describes how SRS Tech ("we", "our", or "us") handles information across our website (srstech.in), all applications published by SRS Tech, and internal tools used to operate our business.

Each SRS Tech application also has its own privacy policy that covers app-specific data practices in detail. This policy is the company-level statement that applies across all SRS Tech products and services.

2. Information Collected from Website Visitors

When you submit the contact form on srstech.in, we collect:

• Name, email address, company, and phone number — to identify you and respond to your inquiry.
• Project requirements — the message you write in the form.

This data is transmitted via Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to SRS Tech. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on srstech.in beyond what is described here.

3. Information Collected from App Users

Each SRS Tech application collects data specific to its functionality. Please refer to the individual privacy policy for the app you are using:

• PixelPlay (iOS) — srstech.in/pixelplay/privacy

Additional app-specific policies will be linked here as new products are released. All SRS Tech apps share the same commitment: no selling of personal data, no advertising tracking, and no collection beyond what is needed to operate the product.

4. Internal Tools

SRS Tech uses internal software tools to manage business operations, including posting to our official social media accounts. These tools may access third-party platform APIs (such as the LinkedIn API) using OAuth credentials authorized by SRS Tech.

• OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used solely to operate the SRS Tech business account on the respective platform.
• No personal data belonging to third parties is collected or processed through these tools.
• These tools are not available to the public and do not interact with user accounts other than our own.

5. How We Use Your Information

• Contact form data: To respond to your business inquiry. We may follow up by email or phone based on your message.
• App data: As described in the relevant app's privacy policy.
• Internal tool data: To operate SRS Tech's official business accounts and publish company content.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

6. Third-Party Services

SRS Tech uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Google Apps Script & Google Sheets (contact form storage) — policies.google.com/privacy

• LinkedIn API (internal social media tool) — linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted from our records. To request earlier deletion, email us at admin@srstech.in.

LinkedIn OAuth tokens are retained until revoked. You can revoke SRS Tech's LinkedIn access at any time via your LinkedIn account settings.

App user data is governed by each app's individual privacy policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and internal tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent at any time.

10. Security

All data submitted through srstech.in is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). OAuth tokens for internal tools are stored with access limited to authorized SRS Tech personnel. No transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of srstech.in or any SRS Tech product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
