Terms of Use
The short version
Postural measures your posture from two photos and gives you a number to track. It is a wellness app, and the exercises are yours to do at your own risk. Everything below forms part of the agreement.

Agreement
These Terms of Use govern Postural, an iOS application developed and published by Rahul Kumar Gupta, trading as SRS Tech ("we", "our", or "us"), of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Your download also falls under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms say less than Apple's, Apple's applies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Postural on Apple devices you own or control, on the terms the App Store sets.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, or reverse engineer the app, except where law gives you that right regardless of what this document says.
Your account
Postural requires an account. You sign in with Apple or with Google, and we never hold a password for you.
You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your sign-in secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which removes your account and your scan history permanently.
What Postural measures, and what the number means
Postural photographs you from the front and the side, measures five geometric markers, and scores four of them against reference thresholds. The result is your Postural Age.
That number is our own index. No published research converts a posture angle into years of age; we built the scale so a single figure moves when your posture does. Two thresholds follow published figures. Every other threshold, including both severe cutoffs, is our own calibrated estimate, and no physiotherapist has reviewed them yet.
Postural is a consumer wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it cannot replace an assessment by a qualified clinician. Treat a reading as a trend to watch rather than a finding to act on. If you have pain, an injury, or a diagnosed condition, speak to a healthcare professional.
Exercise, and your safety
Postural suggests stretches and strengthening movements, and paces you through them with written cues and demonstration videos. Performing them is your decision and your risk.
- Get medical clearance before you start if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or living with a condition affecting your spine, joints, heart, or balance.
- Work inside your own range of movement. The app cannot see you, and it does not correct your form.
- Stop immediately if a movement causes sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, or tingling, and do not resume it until a clinician tells you it is safe.
- Doses in the app follow published conventions for stretching and strengthening. A physiotherapist has not yet reviewed them.
You accept the risk of injury that comes with physical exercise, and you agree that SRS Tech is not responsible for injury arising from movements you choose to perform.
Your photos
Scan photos are analysed on your device and stay there. We never receive them, and only the resulting scores sync to your account. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
The photos are yours. Exporting a comparison card or a timelapse writes an image into your Photos library, and anything you do with it after that is your choice and your responsibility.
Deleting the app removes every photo it stored on your device.
Postural Pro, payment, and renewal
Postural is free to use. A scan, your Postural Age, the coach note that reads it, and the exercise library cost nothing.
Postural Pro unlocks the daily guided routine, your scan history, before-and-after comparison, the marker-by-marker breakdown, and sharing and export. It comes two ways:
- Weekly. An auto-renewing subscription.
- Annual. An auto-renewing subscription, which may open with a free trial where Apple finds you eligible. The app shows the current trial length before you confirm. Apple allows one introductory offer per subscription group, so a trial you have already used will not be offered again.
Prices appear in the app before you buy and are set per App Store storefront, so yours may differ from another country's. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple takes the renewal charge within 24 hours of that point. Cancel or manage a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Apple processes every purchase and handles every refund under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Prices can change, and Apple will ask for your consent where its rules require it.
Demonstration videos
Routines embed demonstration videos from YouTube, played inside the app. We do not own that footage. It belongs to the creators credited beside each one, and playback is subject to YouTube's own terms.
A creator can remove or restrict a video at any time, so we cannot guarantee that any particular one stays available. Written cues carry every movement whether its video plays or not.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and what we do not. It forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postural to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to reach accounts or data that are not yours. Do not scrape or redistribute what the app produces as though it were your own product.
No warranty
Postural is provided as is. We do not promise it runs without interruption or error.
We also make no promise about the accuracy of any single measurement. A scan reads a two-dimensional camera view, and your clothing, lighting, footwear, and how you happen to stand all move the result. Two scans of the same person minutes apart can differ.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, SRS Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Postural, including injury arising from exercises you choose to perform.
Nothing here removes liability that cannot be removed by law, and some places do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
Termination
These terms run until you or we end them. They end on their own if you breach them, and you can end them at any time by deleting your account and the app.
Ending them does not refund a purchase and does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the app after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Where the consumer law of your own country gives you rights this document does not, or lets you bring a claim in your local courts, those rights stand. Nothing here removes them.
